    This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions for using the MyProfile platform, services, and products. All users must comply with this policy to ensure a secure, respectful, and lawful environment for all individuals and organizations on the platform.
  2. Prohibited Activities:

    By using MyProfile, you agree not to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
      Illegal or Harmful Use
    • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance (e.g., fraud, identity theft, impersonation)
    • Promoting or engaging in illegal activity
    • Distributing, uploading, or storing malicious software (e.g., viruses, ransomware)
    • Harassment & Abuse
    • Bullying, stalking, threatening, or harassing other users
    • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability
    • Posting defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content
    • Platform Misuse:
    • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise system integrity or security
    • Circumventing access restrictions or violating usage limits
    • Reverse engineering or scraping data from MyProfile without written authorization
    • Spamming & Deceptive Conduct:
    • Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or invitations (“spam”)
    • Misleading, impersonating, or deceiving users
    • Manipulating profile views, followers, reviews, or engagement metrics
    • Unauthorized Commercial Use:
    • Selling or reselling access to MyProfile services without authorization
    • Promoting non-permitted goods or services (e.g., counterfeit items, unregulated financial products)
  3. User Content Responsibilities:

    You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or link to your profile. This includes:
    • Personal or business profiles
    • Badges, posts, media, QR codes
    • Reviews, messages, and comments
    • You must ensure that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
  4. NFC & QR Device Use:

    Users of MyCard, MyBand, MyTag, or other NFC-enabled products must:
    • Use them only for their intended purpose
    • Not embed or link to illegal or harmful content
    • Not reprogram NFC devices to impersonate or spoof others
  5. Reporting Violations:

    If you encounter content or activity that violates this policy, please report it via:

  6. Enforcement & Consequences:

    Violation of this AUP may result in:
    • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
    • Deactivation of linked NFC/QR products
    • Reporting to law enforcement (if legally required)
    • Legal action and damages in severe cases
    • We reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect MyProfile, its users, and its reputation.
  7. Changes to This Policy:

    This AUP may be updated periodically. You will be notified of significant updates through the website, app, or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
