Refund Policy

  1. Overview:

    This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds on:
    • Digital services and subscriptionss
    • MyPts (in-app currency)
    • Physical products sold in our store (standard and custom items)
  2. Digital Services & Subscriptions:

    All digital purchases are non-refundable, except when:
    • A transaction was made in error
    • The service was not delivered due to a technical fault
    • No feature or badge was activated, and refund is requested within 48 hours
    • Note:Used services (e.g., verified profiles, claimed features, spent MyPts) are not eligible.
  3. Physical Products:

    This applies to all MyProfile products, including but not limited to:
    • MyCard (PVC, Metal, Wood)
    • MyBand
    • MyPassKey
    • MyPhoneCase
    • MyTag, MyRing, MySlider, MySticker
    • NFC Stands & Accessories
    1. Standard Products (Non-Custom):

      You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
      • The product is unused, in original condition
      • The packaging is intact
      • The item is not listed as non-returnable
      • Refunds for approved standard product returns are issued after inspection. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless due to our error.
    2. Custom or Personalized Products

      Custom products (e.g., engraved cards, printed phone cases) are non-refundable, except if:

      The item arrives damaged

      There is a design or personalization error caused by MyProfile

    3. Product Sale Refunds

      Refunds for promotional or discounted products will match the amount paid at time of purchase, not the original price.

      Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

  4. Return Process:

    To request a return:
    1. Email support@getmyprofile.online within 14 days of receiving the item.
    2. Include order number, product image, and reason for return.
    3. Upon approval, return the item to the address provided.
    4. Refund is processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the item.
  5. Order Cancellation:

    You may cancel a product order within 2 hours if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. After shipping, it falls under our return terms above.
  6. Faulty or Damaged Items:

    If your product is damaged or defective on arrival:

    Report it within 48 hours

    Include a clear photo and description

    We'll issue a replacement or full refund (your choice)

  7. MyPts Refunds:

    All MyPts purchases and redemptions are final.

    Refunds may be considered only if:

    MyPts were deducted in error

    A transaction failed to process but deducted your balance

  8. Subscription Cancellations:

    You can cancel subscriptions at any time through: App Settings > Manage Subscription

    Cancellations apply to future billing cycles. No refunds are issued for current or partially used billing periods unless covered by Section 2.
