Profile verification is a service that confirms your identity or professional credibility. Once verified, you receive an official badge that appears on your profile, signaling authenticity to viewers.

No, verification is optional. However, it significantly increases trust, visibility, and access to certain premium features.

Go to your dashboard, navigate to Services > Profile Verification, select the verification type (Personal, Business, Academic, or Medical), and upload the required documents.

✅ Blue – Business/Organization
✅ Purple – Academic/Student
✅ Gold – Medical/Professional License

Personal: National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License
Business: CAC, Business License, or Tax ID
Academic: School ID or official email
Medical/Professional: License or membership certificate

Basic verification (Personal or Academic) is free. Business or Professional verification may require a small one-time review fee, depending on region and volume.

Most applications are reviewed within 24–72 hours. You’ll receive email confirmation when your badge is approved or if more information is needed.

You’ll receive a reason for the rejection and tips on how to correct it. You can reapply after addressing the issue.

Yes! You can verify multiple profile types under the same account (e.g., Business and Personal).
