Digital Services Warranty:
All MyProfile digital services (including profiles, features, subscriptions, and MyPts functionalities) are provided as-is and covered by a limited performance warranty.
We warrant that:
Digital services will function as described in official documentation
Subscription features will be accessible during your billing period
Platform access will be reasonably maintained (except for scheduled maintenance or downtime)
Not Covered
User error or misconfiguration
Internet, device, or third-party integration issues
Unauthorized account access due to user negligence
Physical Products Warranty:
MyProfile provides a 90-day limited warranty on all eligible physical products sold via our website or authorized distributors.
Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, such as:
Embedded chip failure
Product not scanning/reading
Functional defects not caused by misuse
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading
Physical damage from misuse, drops, water, or heat exposure
Modifications or tampering
Unauthorized resales or third-party alterations

Our team will assess and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Replacement Terms:
If approved:
Replacement is free of charge (excluding shipping unless covered by local laws)
Replacement product warranty resets for 30 days or continues the original coverage—whichever is longer
Extended Warranty Option:
Customers may purchase or receive Extended Warranty Coverage as part of a promotion or product upgrade. Terms and coverage will be provided separately at time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability:
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or service access. Under no circumstances shall MyProfile or Brilydal Inc. be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to product failure.
Legal Rights:
